Overview
Mountain West is not a large company with layers of management and a corporate hiring process. It is a small, focused drain and sewer service team where everyone's work is visible and everyone's reliability matters.
The day-to-day involves showing up on time, going to job sites across Northern Utah, working on real drain and sewer problems in real conditions, talking to customers face to face, and handling equipment that requires care and attention. Some days are routine. Some days are not. The job asks you to stay steady either way.
If you do good work, you will not wonder whether anyone noticed. If you cut corners, same thing. That is the tradeoff of a small team — everything you do counts.
