Start With the Right Scope

Replacement starts with understanding the existing water line and the reason for the proposed work. Low pressure or wet ground alone does not establish that the whole line needs replacement.

  • Replacement versus a new service connection
  • Existing line condition and project access
  • Water service interruption planning
  • Excavation and restoration scope

A clearly scoped replacement with the pipe route, service interruption, access, and restoration discussed before the job begins.

Plan the Pipe Work and the Site Work Together

Replacement of existing underground water service lines in Northern Utah. Mountain West reviews the line and site access, explains the replacement scope, and carries the work through excavation, installation, and agreed restoration.

The connection point, existing utilities, and surfaces above the line all affect the plan. We discuss who handles approvals, water-provider coordination, and restoration before work starts.

Fit and situation bullets

These guys are great! I run a plumbing company but don’t do drains. I often sub contract them to service my customers sewer lines. They don’t only make me happy, but they keep my customers happy and that’s what matters to me most. Thanks guys!

Amazing experience! They are knowledgeable, kind, courteous and very thorough. Our clogged kitchen pipe was a bit of a challenge but they kept going and did everything they could to get it unclogged and they did it! They were very upfront with what caused the clog, gave us video recording of our pipes so we can see exactly what was done, double checked to make sure the pipes were clean and free of clogs and gave us steps on how to maintain the pipes moving forward. Highly recommend!!
